Please do not tape or write anything on any item or the original manufacturer’s carton.  It will not be accepted.

For all professional models, ALS models, and LIFEPAK 12,  LIFEPAK 15, LIFEPAK 20, LIFEPAK 20e Models,  a 25% (25 percent) restocking fee will be charged.  No exceptions, please. 

We Highly recommend that you ship returns fully insured.  AED Professionals will not be responsible for lost or damaged AEDs, accessories or components.
