The word
difibulator is actually a misnomer for defibrillator.
A defibulator or defibrillator is a portable electronic device that
automatically diagnoses the potentially life threatening cardiac
arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and is able to deliver an
electric shock to the heart to resume its normal rhythm. This electric
medicine delivered by the defibulator or defibrillator is most effective
if administered within 3-5 minutes.
