►AEDs Now Mandatory in New York State Dental Offices by Law: (Bill S2923): The Governor of the State of NY recently signed into law a bill that requires all dental facilities to have an automated external defibrillator (AED) in their offices effective January 1, 2012.  This new law supplements the required CPR training and makes dental offices a safer healthcare environment for both patients and staff.
