when it comes to AED reliability. Design reliability
in. Look for ways to further simplify that design. Build
each device with meticulous care and test it thoroughly
before shipping it to our customer. So it’s only natural
that our devices come with an industry leading
standard warranty. (Check with a Philips dealer for
possible local variations.)

Defibrillator pads: Expiration
date indicated on pads package
· Standard
battery: 4 years from date of installation (provided that
the battery is installed before the install-by date and the
device is kept in stand-by mode.) In the United States,
Philips also offers a 2-year extended warranty,
purchasable any time during the above device warranty
period. Warranties apply when the product is used and
maintained in accordance with labeling and instructions for
use. In the event of a problem, contact your
Philips-authorized service representative. They will attempt
to resolve the problem remotely. If needed, they will
replace your device at no charge provided that the device is
within the warranty period. In the United States, Philips
also offers an optional Program Warranty
for HeartStart AED Services. |
