The Samaritan® PAD Defibrillator is now available with pediatric capability.  The Pediatric Pad-Pak™ contains battery AND electrode pads as an integrated Unit.  The units that are adult and pediatric compatible are identified with a label showing an adult and a child image.  For ease of use in an emergency, the label also corresponds with the respective Pad-Pak color - gray for adult output and pink for pediatric.  The adult unit will provide 150/150/200 joules escalating output, while the Pediatric-Pak™ unit will provide output set at 50 Joules.
